Well, I found that the frame had a tiny chip, all the way through the paint, down to the bare metal, at the top of the seat-stay, and that my fat thigh was brushing that very spot on every down-stroke of my right leg. But, why was it happening? I knew that this is essentially the same principle by which radio works: That's why antennae are metal. They literally soak up electricity out of the air. But they also require grounding. Unless you have an artificial, electronically-mimicked ground, which most radios since about 1930 have, except for powerful, ground-based, broadcast transmitters, for which there are, to the best of my knowledge, no adequate artificial 'grounds' available. But where was the 'ground' on my bike? Why was I feeling the current that was being generated in my bike's frame, and should have been bottled up within it? Well, it was me. I'm the ground. Actually, I was/am ... all of us are ... a capacitor. (That's what makes the earth a 'ground'; it's an infinite [for all practical purposes] capacitor.) And, so, to charge that capacitor, the electricity leapt from the frame to my leg, exciting the intervening nerve-endings in the process, and would have continued until my 'capacity' had been fulfilled, at which point, the electricity would have started seeking another escape vector. Interesting. Curious. But so what? Well, a couple of things, actually. First is that, I try to follow nuclear physics research. Mind you, this is not easy. Most of this work is done in the US at INL and Los Alamos, but good luck getting at any of it. See if you can find anything at all on either site. They don't share much of what we paid for with us. (By the way, I used to live near INL, and my neighbor was a nuclear physicist there.) (His wife, too.) (THAT made for some interesting conversations.) Pretty much all I hear about from either lab has to do with their supercomputing work, mostly where it fits in with the IT pundits' curiosity, and also where it suits the purposes of the global warming evangelists. Otherwise, you only get usable information from the official, science-oriented MSM: Scientific American, National Geographic, phys.org, etc. But you already know how I feel about them. So that leaves me to peruse youtube for 'conspiracy theorist's speculations. And some of that truly is thought-provoking, but much is suspect. I keep seeing, for example, garbage about the LHC accidentally creating a creation-gobbling black hole. Yeah. And the earth is flat, too. I often suspect that this sort of traffic is cynically generated by paid government shills trying to stir up publicity and fodder for evangelists like NdGT and 'the Science Guy', while simultaneously making any opponents of any 'settled science' look like a bunch of frothing, tin-foil-hat-wearing lunatics by association. So, yeah, you really need the spirit here. And Wal Thornhill has turned out to be the best source of information I've found so far, according to that spirit. Robert Distinti has yet to disappoint me, either. But anyway, back to my point, and that is that there's something about metals that I think has been totally missed by our researchers. And don't balk at that. All the best minds I find seem to be agreed that Maxwell was wrong. They don't all agree on exactly where or by how much he was wrong, but he was wrong. Faraday is suspect, too. But the killer blow, in my view, had to have been the advent of (the largely unknown to the general public) atomic batteries, especially beta cells. Why? Well, because they don't use nuclear reactors to generate power; They just capture the emitted electrons (beta particles) (hence the name, betavoltaic device), and send them down the wire. Betcha never heard of that before. Betcha wouldn't have even guessed that could be done, right? But, if you think about it, and think back on your high-school or college physics classes, you'll probably see that, yeah, it's a no-brainer: Radioactive decay is all about electricity. (All of chemistry is about electricity, too, as you recall.) Electrons and protons in motion. And, as Wal Thornhill reminds us, even the so-called 'neutrons' (NOT neutrinos) spontaneously decay, after about a minute outside an atomic nucleus, into a proton and an electron. So, was it ever really a neutron? Or, rather, do neutrons really even exist? So, radioactive metals aren't what we've been told they are, but we do know that they're suitable as batteries. So, maybe a better description for them would be that they're highly electrically charged, charged to the point of spontaneously discharging when in a lower-voltage environment, which is pretty much anywhere on earth right now. And this begs the question then: Are non-radioactive metals, or stable isotopes, just discharged batteries? Were they discharged by their long exposure to lower-voltage environments? Did they all result from the radio-active decay of other, heavier metals? It's long been known, for example, that uranium decays into lead. Eventually. After passing through various other metals and even unstable forms of lead along the way. (http://www.ccnr.org/decay_U238.html) And this is where we turn to scripture. (You knew I would.) Enoch mentions that (among other things), unlike other metals, all our lead and tin was not created in the beginning, but is still being created 'by a fountain'. (And I'm going to expand the citation a bit here because I want you to get the full impact of Enoch's views on science.) "... their ruin is accomplished because they have learnt all the secrets of the angels, and all the violence of the Satans, and all their powers -the most secret ones- and all the power of those who practice sorcery, and the power of witchcraft, and the power of those who make molten images for the whole earth: And how Silver is produced from the dust of the earth, and how soft metal [Mercury?] originates in the earth. For Lead and Tin are not produced from the earth like the first: It is a fountain that produces them, and an angel stands therein, and that angel is pre-eminent.'" (Pre-eminent?! Oh, trust me. I'm looking into THAT little bit of information further.) So, it now appears to us 'sorcerers' that this 'fountain', the one in which the 'pre-eminent angel stands', is Uranium. But what about Tin? Well, I'm glad you asked, because Tin is something of a nuclear miracle. It is the product of the decay of various actinides, specifically Thorium, Uranium, Californium, and even Plutonium. All can produce Tin, and Tin can be produced in both fast and slow breeder reactors, apparently mimicking the action of the 'natural fountain'. So, given the kinds of half-lives we're talking about here, Enoch was either in possession of the sort of technology (sorcery) that we have today, or he was simply telling the truth about where he got his information. Enoch is a true prophet. But, ... and this is the crux of today's missive ... there's more. (Isn't there always?) Enoch, a real prophet (as we've already shown), has more information for us, and it's crucial: "And after those days in that place where I had seen all the visions of that which is hidden -for I had been carried off in a whirlwind and they had borne me towards the west-There mine eyes saw all the secret things of heaven that shall be, a mountain of iron, and a mountain of copper, and a mountain of silver, and a mountain of gold, and a mountain of soft metal, and a mountain of lead. And I asked the angel who went with me, saying, 'What things are these which I have seen in secret?' And he said unto me: 'All these things which thou hast seen shall serve the dominion of His Anointed that he may be potent and mighty on the earth.' And that angel of peace answered, saying unto me: 'Wait a little, and there shall be revealed unto thee all the secret things which surround the Lord of Spirits. (Ok, so, it looks like these metals are meant to serve OUR purposes.) (For now.) "And these mountains which thine eyes have seen, the mountain of iron, and the mountain of copper, and the mountain of silver, and the mountain of gold, and the mountain of soft metal, and the mountain of lead, all these shall be in the presence of the Elect One as wax before the fire, and like the water which streams down from above [upon those mountains], and they shall become powerless before his feet. (And 'for now' appears to be over at the second coming, when these metals become liquid. But what would make, apparently just these, metals liquid? Heat? Sure. But nothing else seems to be melting, or at least, nothing else is mentioned. So, ... ELECTRICITY!) "And it shall come to pass in those days that none shall be saved, either by gold or by silver, and none be able to escape. And there shall be no iron for war, nor shall one clothe oneself with a breastplate. Bronze shall be of no service, and tin [shall be of no service and] shall not be esteemed, and lead shall not be desired. And all these things shall be [denied and] destroyed from the surface of the earth, when the Elect One shall appear before the face of the Lord of Spirits.'" So, metal, all metal, it seems, will become a liability instead of an asset in that day. It won't even be usable. You can't wear it. Of course, if it's liquid, it would certainly be pretty useless, but, if it's liquid due to electrical currents, guess what other problem you have: The same one I had when riding my bike past those high-tension wires. TIMES A MILLION! I'm convinced that radioactive metals are holdovers from creation, still highly electrically charged by the same forces which shaped this earth, but now discharging, slowly becoming lesser metals over time, but that, as the earth is once again exposed to the magnetic and electrical fields which birthed it, that energy will melt those lesser metals, and also make them behave much like what we think of as radioactive metals today, like nuclear batteries, but with far too much charge (radiation) for us to handle them safely. In fact, about the only reason we have nuclear batteries is because other metal aren't radioactive, and can be used to harness the residual energy in those that still are radioactive. If all metals are radioactive, all bets are off. The only remaining course of action is to bury them all in the ground, safely away from human contact. In fact, if you look in Ezekiel 39:9 (http://biblehub.com/ezekiel/39-9.htm), you'll see that this is exactly what is predicted after the destruction at Armageddon: "And they that dwell in the cities of Israel shall go forth, and shall set on fire and burn the weapons, both the shields and the bucklers, the bows and the arrows, and the handstaves, and the spears, and they shall burn them with fire seven years: So that they shall take no wood out of the field, neither cut down any out of the forests; for they shall burn the weapons with fire: and they shall spoil those that spoiled them, and rob those that robbed them, saith the Lord GOD." SEVEN YEARS?! These things are largely metal. How do you burn them? And how do they last 7 years? Maybe they're already 'on fire'? Nuclear fire? Half-life? Seven years? Moreover, Isaiah (http://biblehub.com/isaiah/2-20.htm) predicts that, "In that day a man shall cast his idols of silver, and his idols of gold, which they made each one for himself to worship, to the moles and to the bats". So ... so much for metal. Hope you like stone. Apropos metal ... Not to disagree with brother Sorenson, but ziff (https://infogalactic.com/info/Ziff_(Book_of_Mormon)) means 'bright' metal. There was no name for Joseph Smith to translate ziff into in 1830, which is why it remained untranslated as ziff. Nor was there even a periodic table of elements (https://infogalactic.com/info/Periodic_table). So, if we want to know what metal Mosiah (or Mormon?) was referring to, we need only review history for which of our currently known metals were unknown to Joseph in 1830. And this would have to be a metal that a relatively primitive (perhaps at the level of technology of our own nation in the 'horse-n-buggy days' of the late 19th century?) societies would have been able to produce. And that narrows the search down to ... would you believe it? ... just one, that metal known to our ancestors as 'the bright metal' (http://www.ianodize.com/): Aluminum. By the way, although much of scripture takes place in what we call the bronze age, bronze is never mentioned anywhere in any scripture, but its constituents, copper and tin, are.
